BinaInc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Stylify Hub mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a safe, transparent, and secure user experience.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle, process, and protect your information when you use our App, in strict compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, Google AdMob Policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

By downloading, installing, or using Stylify Hub, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access the App.

1. Information Collection and Use

Stylify Hub is designed as an offline-first utility application. We respect your creative space and believe that your private thoughts, text, and drawings should remain yours.

A. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

  • No Registration Required: We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or physical address to use the core features of Stylify Hub.
  • No Text Transmission: Any text, phrases, names, or quotes that you input into the Custom Font Generator or AI Shayari/Roast helpers are processed locally on your device or via secure, transient API pathways. We never store, upload, or monetize the text inputs you type.

B. Signatures and Creative Files

  • Local Processing: In the Signature Maker and custom drawing canvases, all coordinate vectors and stroke sketches are handled entirely on your device’s RAM.
  • User-Initiated Export: If you decide to export or save a generated signature, custom QR code, or styled text card, the file is saved directly to your local device storage gallery. We do not have access to your saved files, and they are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Permissions Required by the App

To provide our decorative utilities, Stylify Hub may request the following device permissions. We only request permissions that are absolutely necessary for the application’s core functionality:

  • Storage / Photos / Media / Files (Optional): Required solely to save and export your hand-drawn signatures, custom-styled text cards, and generated QR codes to your local device gallery.
  • Network Access & Wi-Fi Connections: Required to load online features (such as daily creative presets), process AI-assisted copywriting inputs, and fetch advertising creatives from our approved partner (Google AdMob).
  • Notification Permissions (Optional): Used to send you daily design inspirations or style updates. You can opt out of notifications at any time via your device settings.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Collection

To support our free tier and analyze App performance, we integrate trusted third-party SDKs. These third-party providers may collect, process, and transmit non-personally identifiable device signatures according to their respective privacy policies.

We integrate the following third-party services:

A. Google Play Services

Used for app delivery, security, integrity, and core Android system features.

B. Google AdMob (Google Advertising)

We display banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads to keep our tools free. AdMob may automatically collect and process certain data to deliver, limit, measure, and personalize advertisements. This data may include:

  • IP Address (coarse geolocation to determine local language and regional compliance).
  • Google Play Services Advertising ID (AAID) or other device identifiers.
  • Ad interaction data (such as clicks, impressions, and views).

4. Advertising ID and Opt-Out Options

In compliance with Google Play Developer policies:

  • We use the Google Play Advertising ID (AAID) solely for advertising and analytics purposes.
  • We do not link the Advertising ID to any personally identifiable information (PII) or persistent device identifiers (such as MAC address or IMEI).
  • Your Control: You can reset your device’s Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertisements at any time by navigating to your Android device’s settings:
    • Settings -> Google -> Ads -> Reset Advertising ID / Opt out of Interest-Based Ads.

5. Compliance with Global Privacy Frameworks

A. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – European Union

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have specific data protection rights. Stylify Hub ensures that:

  • We seek explicit consent before serving personalized ads to users in the EEA. Non-personalized ads will be shown if consent is declined.
  • You have the right to access, update, or erase any personal data (though we do not collect any).
  • You can exercise your rights by contacting us directly at our support email provided below.

B. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) – United States

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request its deletion, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information:

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • AdMob may serve non-personalized ads to California residents who choose to restrict tracking under CCPA.

C. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)

Stylify Hub is not designed or targeted for children under the age of 13.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  • If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our systems.
  • If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately so we can take necessary actions.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your device-level operations seriously. While no method of digital transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, we use industry-standard practices, secure transient API connections, and local-first memory lifecycles to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your creative inputs.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Because Stylify Hub is an offline-first app, we do not store your text, signatures, or preferences on any centralized database.

  • Local App Data: All your favorited (starred) font styles, local signature presets, and history cards are stored inside your device’s local application sandbox.
  • Complete Deletion: If you wish to delete all data associated with Stylify Hub from your device, you can do so easily by uninstalling the application or clearing the application storage via:
    • Settings -> Apps -> Stylify Hub -> Storage -> Clear Data.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to maintain compliance with Google Play policies and global regulations. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top. We recommend reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
